Heidenhain & Siemens Encoder Repair and Testing

Baiza Automation has the ability to repair almost any Heidenhain rotary encoder. We currently utilize Heidenhain’s most up to date ATS (Adjusting Testing Software) along with their encoder diagnostics tool the PWM 20.

 

The ATS version that we are currently using not only supports all of Heidenhains encoders but anything that uses EnDat, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Drive Cliq, Yaskawa, SSI, IVpp, TTL, and lluApp interface.

we do a full service on every unit.  Our repair process includes realigning, testing, and lubing the bearings and/or changing out opt transistors. All Heidenhain encoder repairs come with a 3-month warranty.
